another one of my mom's top desserts


Mix 1 1/2 sticks margarine & 1 1/2c flourand pat into 9x13 pan. Bake @ 375* for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix 8oz cream cheese and 1c powdered sugar. Add 1c cool whip and spread onto cooled crust. Mix (2) 3oz instant lemon pudding, 1tsp lemon juice and 3c milk. Beat and spread onto layer #2. Top with cool whip. Chill
