Fruit Dessert Pizza
1 17-oz roll refrigerator sugar cookie dough
8 oz. Cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
peach slides
fresh strawberries
pineapple chunks
orange slices
banana slices
Chill fruits, except for bananas. Slice cookie dough thin and place on 14-inch pizza pan. Press together to form a thin layer of dough. Bake at 325-degrees for 11-13 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
Mix sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese together. Spread over cookie dough.
Drain fruits well, reserve juice from pineapple and soak bananas in juice to prevent darkening. Arrange fruit in an attractive pattern.
