Pumpkin Pudding Pumpkin Pudding 1 16-ounce pumpkin ¾ cup sugar ¼ cup flour 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp ground cloves
4 eggs 1 ¼ cup milk ½ cup whipping cream, whipped (optional) In a large mixing bowl thoroughly combine the pumpkin, sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon, salt, and cloves. Add eggs; lightly beat eggs into pumpkin mixture with a fork. Add milk; mix well. Place a 10-6-2-inchbaking pan in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan on oven rack; pour in the pumpkin mixture. Pour hot water into outer pan to a depth of 1 inch. Bake in a 350-degree oven about 4 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool pudding. Serve warm or chill; serve with whipped cream if desired.
