looking for good cheese cake recipe

DH and I will be marreid five years on Friday Sept 8th. I wanted to make a cheese cake for us (DH LOVES cheese cake) any easy and good recipes? TIA!

I have a great recipe, but it isn't easy! It had 5 8-oz. package of cream cheese in it... and lots of other $$$ ingredients... but it is GREAT!!!!!

So is it soild cheese cake with no crust?

it has a crust, but it is soooo tall and thick that you barely notice that it has a crust.
