Nutella muffins

I found this recipe at Dinners, Dishes, and Desserts and it is an adapted recipe originally found at allrecipes.


Nutella Muffins


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 cup Nutalla


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with muffin liners.

Combine cup flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Add to flour mixture, and stir until just combined.

Place a small amount of batter into each muffin tin. Spoon on 1 Tbls of Nutella. Top with enough batter to cover the chocolate. Bake for 14-18 minutes.

Warm remaining Nutella in the microwave. Drizzle over muffins.
