    Default Easy 1 minute brownie

This has become my nightly "oh crap, I really want chocolate, but there's none in the house!" fix. The thing is I read this recipe somewhere and can't remember where. If you recognize it, please let me know so that I can give proper credit.

    In a coffee mug, combine:

    3 TB sugar
    2 TB plain cocoa powder
    2 TB all purpose flour
    2 TB canola oil
    2 TB water
    splash vanilla
    dash salt

Mix well and microwave for 1:15. It comes out with a gooey brownie texture (which I love) and is the perfect single serving size. That's the original recipe. I cut back on the oil and the sugar a bit and it still comes out great. I add chopped pecans to mine.

Sounds easy enough and great for a "quick fix." Thanks for posting!
