    CHEF Cheesecakes in a Jar

I am thinking these would be great to add into a basket for gift giving....maybe for the holidays, or for a special birthday or teacher! It might also be a great dip for fruit, too!

    8 ounces Cream Cheese
    1/ 2 cup Sugar
    3 Eggs
    1/ 2 cup Sour Cream

Preheat oven 325 degrees F. All ingredients should be at room
temperature. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, adding 1 egg at a time. Pour batter into 8 half-pint jars, filling 2/3 to ¾ full. Place jars in a 3-in inch roasting pan, and add hot water carefully into pan, filling to half way up sides of jars. Bake for 10 minutes. Shut off oven. Leave jars in oven for 2 hours, then take out jars, and let cool. Seal the jars and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. These can also be frozen. Take out the night before and place in the refrigerator to thaw. If giving jars for gifts, decorate as desired.
