Crepe filling ?

I have cream cheese, powder sugar, fresh strawberry jam and strawberry sryup --
can I make a good filling with the above items, I know I will have add a couple of more things but what and how much to add.

Those would be good. You can also add chocolate chips or musapene cheese.(sp?)

I would make this strawberry cream recipe with about 1 - 1 1/2 c of the jam in place of fresh strawberries. Dessert Crepes with Strawberry Cream Filling - 52553 - Recipezaar

do you know how much of each to add? I don't know the receipe for the mixture ? Someone told to put these in there but it doesn't help much if I don't know how much.

if you add the strawberry jam instead of the strawberries would you still have to add the 1/4 c . of sugar too?
