Freeze it in chunks, and melt a piece once in a while, to pour over ice cream. Instant hot fudge sundaes!
My mother-n-law made some fudge and brought 2 pounds of it over but it is wayyyy to sweet. Are there other uses or things I can make from this fudge? I would hate for it to go to waste. Thanks for any help.![]()

I agree with freezing it, then finding recipes to use it in.
What about chopping some up and adding to brownie batter?

I wish I had this problem! LOL.
I think freezing it in chunks and melting a little at a time over other desserts like ice cream, cake, fruit, etc. is a good way to go. I don't know enough about baking to know for sure, but does anyone know if the fudge can be used the same way as chocolate chunks or chips in cookies? Or you could just save it to serve to people when they come to your home. Or take some to work to share with your co-workers.
Enjoy all your fudge! :-)
I agree with the above posters although, I usually just slap it right onto my hips LOL
My only idea is to RAOK to a lucky winner..... Or I could save you the trouble and just pm you with my address!! lol
