I see the have Yoplait GoGurt 8 pks for $1.99 I have 2 coupons for $1.00/2 and I'm sure my little girl will be eating lots of these after she has her tonsils out this week.


They also have the Handi-Snak pudding packs 5 for $4.00 (Hoping I see coupons in tomorrow's circular.

Oh my golly. My 6 yo had hers out last July. It was way worse than I ever expected. I don't mean to scare you but it was far worse than the Dr could have ever explained. I am not an alarmest by nature but be prepared for her to not want to eat or drink anything. Larkyn was so sick and would not take the meds because they made her throw up and the antibiotic was all I could get in her. She wouldn't take the tylenol either. I made the mistake of not forcing it right after we came home from the hospital. Thank God she is not a whiny kid and never complained just would lie there and look so sad. My advise would be to get and set a timer for pain meds because if you wait to long she will be in to much pain to talk her into taking it. Also ice chips are great to help with swelling and coolness. Oh and rent lots of movies that will keep her busy. I remember Lark wanted to watch every princess movie there was so we rented them and she would just lie on the couch and watch. The ggod thing about it is now she no longer snores at night, is eating well (gained 10 pound to bring her up to 40) and doesn't remember how bad it hurt. Oh and she does take meds easily now.

Thank you. I know I'm going to have lots of problems with her, she's not a great eater to start with. But we deal with what we have to deal with. Thank you for your prayers.

She may not be a great eater partly because of her tonsils. Let pray thats the case and she has a very speedy recovery.
