Honestly, b/c I was so well-prepared with insurance, stockpile and gifts from fam/friends, the first year after having Cara didn't cost me much, so hopefully you guys will be blessed. It's awesome to see you still plugging along with your goals!

Thanks.. fell way back, LOL. But at least we're current with everything and have SOMETHING in savings. We have insurance and plan on maxing out the flexible health savings card this year. I think $2k each, or $4k total. That is taken out of our paychecks throughout the year and is instantly ready for use starting September 2011! My husband needs nasal surgery, medications/test strips monthly, having a baby, baby vaccinations/visits, husband probably needs dental work... etc. I mean, my husband's meds have run about $200 a month, so that right there is $2400.

Anyway, at least we have that to budget with this year! My mom has recommended that we just do payments to the hospital for the birth of our son. I guess we'll see how much that is after insurance.
