Hi Spanelli! Tomorrow is payday and the last day of my debt cutters challenge. Hopefully I will make it to $9,000!!!

I already have my next challenge in mind for the next year. I'll break that out tomorrow or Friday. I think I'll start a new thread, too!

It's hard to sit and wait for payday when you just want to pay this stuff off, huh? lol. That's great you already have a new goal. You did a fantastic job over the past year!

I have made lots of progress and am really proud. We are discussing selling the Audi with a potential buyer. That would wipe out the rest of the debt....but we'd take a $2000 loss on the car. Undecided on what to do.

I figured you were going to post for the end of the month soon. Just wanted to send some encouragement! :)

My original debt was $18,307 a year ago. My current standings are:

visa $2,876
van $796
401(k) loan $5,570
Total: $9,242

Total debt reduction: $9,065!!!

I can't wait to start my new challenge!

Hi Scissorbill, I started a new thread on 4/1/11 that updates my debt payoff through the present. I paid off my van and almost paid off the credit card! How old are your boys? Mine are 4, 6, and 8.
