Nearly completely out of dog food - haven't seen a deal on this in quite some time..... any really great dog food deals out right now - either wet or dry - not brand particular - just want it super cheap.

If you can get your hands on some of the 5.00/1 Purina One Beyond Q's, there are several stores that will have the small bags from 1.00-1.50 each.

Ya - the cost of those coupons those is going to be high since it's a high value coupon and $1 for 3lbs of dog food just doesn't seem like a great deal to me - I could be wrong - but 3lbs won't get you very far with a dog.

Is the Purina One Beyond still on sale for $5.99 at Target?

For one, they aren't 3 pound bags, they are 3.5 (not that that's a whole lot, but it does make a difference) lb. bags. I have a Cocker Spaniel and started buying her the One Beyond when the 4.00 Q's came out last year.

I look at it this way: I was paying 20.00 for an 18 lb. bag of Purina One (regular, not Beyond) before.

I just bought 20 Q's for 10.00. The grand scheme over time looks like this:

20 bags @ 6.50
+10.00 I paid for Q's
-20 5.00/1 Q's

=40.00 for 20 bags, or 2.00 a bag.

17.5 pounds for 10.00 + Tax is still half price of the food I was buying, plus the Beyond is a better quality, and my dog likes it better.

And if you have a Target, Giant, or any of the other several stores that had it for 5.99, the deal is even better.

It's worth checking or calling your Target, but it was no longer at my mom's (we don't have a Target). K-Mart had it for 5.99 as well if you have one.
