Feminine Hygiene Items?

So, I've been pregnant for the past 8 months (still am until January or so), and haven't needed any pads or tampons. However, I'm about to have to start stocking those again. What kind of coupons should I be looking for to make them cheap or free?

I shop at Kroger, Walmart, & Dollar General. I also have a CVS and Walgreens if need be. Not brand loyal.

Any tips?!

I would love to know what everyone is finding too. I've been scanning the ads but haven't found anything worth jumping on. I have not seen any good coupons recently myself.
