Not sure if this is the type of razor you are talking about, but the Norelco SensoTouch razors retail for about $80. There are $30/1 coupons (8/14 or 11/20 SS, 12/11 All You) + a $30 rebate here. Coupons expire 1/31 and rebate 12/31.

There are a few different types of SensoTouch razors. I bought the SensoTouch 1150X for my husband and used this deal scenario. It is the one that retails anywhere between $80 and $100 depending on where you buy it. Just a quick check shows an online price cut @ Target - $79.99.
