I have access to CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Target, Giant(PA) and Weis.

There are coupons out that are $0.50/1 kleenex cool touch. if you can double these could be a good deal with a sale. i found mine at walmart. They are single page flyers.

CVS Black Friday has the Kleenex Cool Touch Free after ECB

I dont know of a store (or even a coupon right now frankly) but the 7th Generation brand puts out $1.00 off any one item coupons frequently and the tissues retail (no sale) for 1.xx (my store is 1.69 but they are higher priced on reg items) so prolly 1.49 and then a sale. (These are not the softest tissues!)
