Do you know anyone who works in a restaurant? We have a couple of different To Go bags, one of them is just like what the grocery stores use that say Thank-You on it.
Ask them if when they do their ordering if they could order you some at their cost. We have had people do that to us for a few different things. Its worth a try, all they can say is no.

Do you have a Costco, Sams or Smart N Final that have big bulk items. You may get a big box of them fairly cheap.

Wow....what a wonderful project...good luck...It's hard to beleive but many kids go hungry over the weekend. Blessings to you for doing this....
