    Where is the best place to purchase plants (either indoor, or outdoor, I do a lot of gardening). Calloway's and Home Depot don't seem to have good prices, unless they happen to have a big sale.

    indoor plants: lowes always has stuff they are clearancing

    outdoor: that i dont know. grow your own from seeds?

    Have you ever checked craigslist? People often give away shrubs (you may need to dig them out), bulbs, hosta, day lily, etc. etc. for free. Sometimes you can find house plants there too very inexpensively.

    My sister finds ones on clearance for cheap all the time at Walmart.
