Playstation Bluetooth Headset & Toy Town?

I'm looking for a deal on a Playstation 3 Bluetooth headset. DH birthday is coming up and he's been wanting one for quite a while now. If I can find one cheap enough, I may break down and get it .

Also, when I was a child I had a little toy town. I was wondering if anyone knew of anything similar today? It had all the little town buildings (firestation, post office, general store, etc) and little cars and people. I looked at the Little People stuff but I was wondering about something for a child a little older, maybe 6 years old or so. Any ideas?

I have most major retail stores (Cincinnati area) and am willing to look online. Thanks for any help!
