Nope. But you can get the at the dollar store, for.......$1.00!

Yeah, and most freebies take 4-12 weeks to arrive, so you're better off spending that $1!

Dollar Tree brand is what I always use.... good luck :)

Yep. I used the dollar store one when I 'thought' I was pregnant and now my son is going to be 2. They work just fine. lol

lol! My sister was on the shot and she got pregnant twice! This just might be one of those item's you'd probably want to splurge on! Or find a Planned Parenthood..
