Check out CVS. I understand it's a MM there. Buy 2 of the stylers @ 5.00 each, get 3 ECB's.

I know it's out of the question for you, but others may get some benefit from the Giant Eagle sale of $10/2 on the Perfect Ends - Deep Infusion.

Walmart however had the Protecting Root Lift Foam for either $5.95, $5.97, or $5.99. I can't recall which is was.

You could also grab some rainchecks from the drug stores because it will likely be impossible to obtain from them this week.

EDIT: Oh, and it's supposed to be a MM at Target this week. If you buy 3, you get a $5.00 GC. They are supposed to be I believe it's $5.49 for 1, making 3 right under $1.50. Then get $5.00 back. I have not been there yet myself. I took notes as I read about the deal, but I guess my notes aren't as clear as I wish they were. I do believe this is the way the deal ends up being though, just don't take it to the bank. I have read however that all the stores are sold out, but it might be worth the trip in just in case?
