    Default Sandwich platters

Hello, My name is Josh, I'm a long time "lurker" and now need help! We are having a birthday party for my daughter who is turning six. Her party is April 9th and we would like to get a sandwich platter made, anyone know of some coupons or deals. We are in Tampa, FL, and have called Publix, they want about $50 and subway is about the same. We need to feed aprox 30+/- people.

Thanks in advance, this site rocks!

Have you tried any local sandwich shops (non-chain) to see what they would charge?

Check your phone book (yellow pages) for coupons. My local deli has 10% off a catering order, and the sandwich platter I believe is about $40 for 100 sandwiches.

    I haven't tried them as I don't have a membership there.

Hmmm... I just looked around the house, we don't have any of those old paper weights lol We use the internet to find any store/business we need.

Is Publix your only grocery store in the area? Do you have a GFS / Gorton Food Service? That place rocks for bulk foods. Go online and type in bulk foods and see what comes up within your area. There may be a few places you didnt even know existed that could be cheap for you.

Grocery Stores in my area: Publix, WD, Ablertsons, Sweetbay, Walmart, Kmart, Sam's Club (no membership) and Costco (no membership) I have called a few local shops and the prices are all about the same. I will keep trying though!

Just wanted to let you guys know, I was able to find 2 wine hangtags at my Publix for $5 off $29.99+ Platter (EXP 12/31/10) I talked to CS and they honored them for me. I was also able to use 2 $5/$30 WD Coupons, and then my $10 GC card I recieved for my previous $50+ purchase. So in short, we ordered 2 platters and got $20 off in coupons, and $10 off for the GC. So 2 Platters for the price of one basically.

    Thanks for all your help!
