Free Puffs wyb Vicks....any scenarios right now?

Just straightened up my medicine section of my binder and realized I have about 10 of these q's. Any suggestions for where and what???
I have Kroger, Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Publix, and Target.

Wlagreens has vicks on sale for 5.29. The last time they had this sale it worked on the sinex and I used the 4.00 sinex and the free puffs wyb Vicks. Both for 1.29 and tax. But, I use the sinex, it might not be such a good deal if you don't. Also, there is a sign saying that there is a $10 rr wyb $20 of Vicks, but I've heard that it is not printing, even though it says until 3/26.
