$1 Cover Girl qs?

Is there a store to use these at that makes an item super cheap? They're in the inserts a lot and I'd love to use them if there's something to use them on!

Stores I have: Target, Walmart, Wags, KMart, Shopko, Cashwise

Sometimes wags will have the lip-stick/eyeliner on clearance for $1.29- $1.79...and their foundations around $3.50 (not that cheap but if u use it anyways (I do!) Then not too bad)
I know u don't have meijers but I sometimes use them when they have BOGO sales...use 2 Qs to make them pretty cheap...don't know if any of ur stores ever do BOGO :)
