I would think that the crystals might be harmful to the laundry machine.....just a thought??

hmm I like my Liquid better too BUT my Washer does not have a spot for it so I have to use the downy Ball which never works right

What I just did is :

Used a bowl of cold water : Slushed it around with my fingers ... disolved all the way

used hot Water : Slushed around disolved faster...

Both ways it disolved all the way, mind you when clothing rubs together it will disolve quicker then when I use my finger

I been using it for 2 months now and never had ONE Crystal so it mustbe disolving pretty fast .. I wash on both cold / warm ... never hot .
And it states right on the bottle its ok to use with HE Washer s

I agree it didn't smell as good as the liquid but clothes seems softer. Also safe with kids pj and towels and 92% natural ingredients - so, a keeper for me ;)

Also, mine dissolved in cold water and I just put it in the bottom of the washer like it says on the box - has anyone had an undissolved crystal?
