I'm not sure if this is the 2/1 dial lotion coupon you were talking about, but this week at Wags Dial nutriskin lotion is $4.99 (get $3 RRs) with the 2/1 coupon for dial nutriskin lotion, the lotion is free.

Kroger has them for $2.99 and some Walgreens have them marked down to $2.49. Actually my Wags is going to have a remodel so they are blowing a bunch of stuff out.

Have a kmart??? I read that it is part of the spend $30 get $10 back, and runs $3.50...
So buy 9 = 31.50 - $18 in Qs= 13.50 get back a $10/$10 purchase Kmart Qpn
