They were on a slick sheet of paper in the p & g inserts.

You could use them at Kroger. They have the 16 double rolls as part of the PG&E sale this week, making them $5.99 if you buy 4 participating items. So with your $1 off coupon that would be $4.99 for 16 double rolls of Charmin Basic which equal 32. They also had another Charmin as part of the sale but it was the Charmin Super soft or something but I didn't price those because I didn't have any coupons for those. Hope this helps.
