I would like to find some jerky for hubs for Christmas that isn't full of chemicals and isn't $85 an ounce. It doesn't have to be just beef, turkey or pork might be ok too.
I know I could look up doing it myself but I really don't think I could do that well.

I'd do venison or elk or buffalo

you might find it at other places for less....I just know men get all excited for Cabela's.

My DH and DSS2 go hunting this weekend, and if they get a deer I will send you some homemade venison jerky. It is to die for!!!
I know one year my daughter was in a Jerky of the Month club. She got it as a CHRISTmas gift and LOVED it. Google it, something should pop up
