car rental discount needed

I will be traveling in Mo. next week and need a code or coupon to get a discount on car rental from Kansas City Mo. airport. I appreciate any help on this.

Kansas City Missouri adds a huge tax to your car rentals. What we would do when we lived there..if someone was coming into town was to not have them rent at the actual airport...but to pick them up and drive to one in Gladstone/Liberty ect...and rent one there..and the price was drastically smaller....because you are not in Kansas City Proper...they can't add the city tax to it.

if you are a member of USAA, i've rec'd excellent rates with Hertz code. They also have codes for Budget and Avis.

I was just in Memphis on vacation two weeks ago and saved a fortune by booking through AAA.com. I booked a Hertz car for alot less through them AAA then I could get through any other site. HTH
