Update on my washer/dryer quest & question

So I am still dealing with my dead dryer. Hopefully this is the last week that we will have to wash @ home and tote to laundry mat to dry.

So, I found out that the front load washers are not for me. Our house is old and the washer is on the right, dryer on the left. There is no way to change that without major $ and the front loader washers can't have the door orientation switched.

So I'm almost settled on a Whirlpool Cabrio top loader. I'm not seeing good reviews for the one that spins to 1100 rpm (too hard on clothes) plus it's quite a bit more money. So I am thinking of the lower model that has all the same features but only spins to 800 rpm, still better than my washer now.

Did you make it this far? Great! So, has anyone successfully gotten a price match @ Lowe's AND used the 10% off mover coupon? I requested one a few days ago.

I did a reverse at Best Buy. Bought a new stove and fridge then 3 days later Lowes had 20% off all Frigidaire and 10% off all other appliances. Took ad to Best Buy and they gave me the 20% off the stove we bought even after the 12% off q I printed off line and 10% off the sale price of the Whirlpool fridge we got. Then they gave us the 10% off Military discount that Lowes offers. After all was said and done we knocked almost 600.00 off the pair so check out all options and push for the deals, go armed with the stores price match rules the have posted on their websites.
