Default Need a deal on Kids bowling Shoes

The cheapest I can find for kids bowling shoes is close to $30 including shipping.

Anyone have any idea on where I could look to get them cheaper?

    Thanks!

You could possibly post an ISO at the bowling alley. Maybe talk to a youth league director there. When I was younger alot of the kids in my league were pretty "hardcore" bowlers, so they had the best of everything. Maybe you will find someone outgrowing a barely used pair!

Bowling shoes are hard to find for kids. I have a 6 year old that's been bowling since he was 2 1/2. We finally broke down and bought shoes for around $30. but when shoes are 2.50 to rent, it doesn't take long to get your money back. I bought his a couple sizes too big so he'd grow into them. And here in a few more months, we are going to have to purchase again, but since he's bowled at least 100 times in the last couple years, it was a good investment.

I got my DD's shoes when I bought her her bowling ball, they came as a package deal. So I don't really know how much they cost by themselves. Her bowling coach gave her some to use that they had, so she is using those for now and the ones I got with her ball are too big, so she'll use those after she grows out of the ones she's using now. But as a PP said it is definitely worth it........she bowls at least once a week, usually twice, and this summer she will definitely be going to practice alot with the 2 free games a day......and I would hate to be renting shoes everyday.......they are $4.35 here!

Have you considered a used sporting equipment company - like Play it Again Sports or similar? Might be worth a look!
