    Default Spot rug cleaner

I'm looking for a rug cleaner to use for doggie spots. I've tried several cans of stuff, but haven't found anything that works well enough

Spot Shot is wonderful, really cleans up - got grease marks and red clay dirt out of our van - they also have a pet Spot Shot but I've never used that one, just know that the other is wonderful.

Check the data base for coupons, they have printables out there as well as recent insert coupons.

    Hope that helps

Coupons are found money - who walks by money on the ground??

I make my own for "cat spots." Here is the recipe:

In one spray bottle, add a mixture of 1:1 of:

LA's Totally Awesome cleaner (find at Dollar Tree and Family Dollar)
Petzyme enzymatic cleaner (find at Petsmart only, sold by the gallon)

Pick up solids/extra liquid and spray on. Let sit 5 minutes, then scrub. You may need to repeat. I've gotten out all sorts of stains with this, including old stains.

Thanks everyone. I don't have a Harris Teeter but I have those inserts so I'll look locally.

    Bissell Little Green.

I use mine for kid spots, pet spots and cleaning upholstery, including in the car. Love it, and give them as gifts to everyone I know who's having a baby.

If it's urine odor that's the problem, there's only one product I have been satisfied with. That's the Arm and Hammer Pet Odor Eliminator. They sell it at Target and it's rather expensive, but nothing else takes the odor out as effectively. I wrote to the company and they sent me a FREE coupon for one once. You could try contacting them.

Thanks. It's both the odor and stain. I got some of the Spot Shot the other day. Haven't tried it yet though. I'll check into the little Bissell too
