    Default Bounty and charmin?

    I'm new to couponing and I'm not sure if I have good deal in my hands or not. Can someone help me?

    There is a sale on a local drugstore in miami, fl for charmin and bounty basics.
    Charmin basic 12 rolls $5.49 (MC 1.00 off when I buy 2)
    Bounty basic 6 rolls $5.49 (MC 1.00 off)

    Is this a good deal?

    thanks in advance!

    Bounty = 75c/roll
    Charmin = 42c/roll

    I think that's a good deal if you need it now but it's not the best for stockpiling. If you go to the Stockpile section there is a list that suggest stockpile prices.
    I have problems finding the best deals on these items as well and usually end up paying the above prices.

    thanks for your help! I appreciate it :)
    I ended up missing the sale (it ended yesterday) but this week at Kmart they have both the charmin and bounty on sale and it's way cheaper that this sale was.
    charmin=0.27c/roll
    bounty=0.65c/roll

    where's the list that you mentioned? I can't find it

    From what I've learned not all rolls are the same. If you are paying the same or less than the square footage of the package then it's a buy now deal. For example at Safeway last week they had Quilted Northern (381 sq ft, 12 rolls) for $4.99 if you buy 3. I had a one dollar off coupon making it $3.99. So $3.99 for 381 square ft. I thought it was a pretty good deal!
