I saw that Children's Place denim was $10 or less for all sizes. Their jeans really hold up well, or at least they do with my kids.

If you have a kohl's nearby, you might want to buy some $5.00 q's on ebay and you can use one per purchase of items at kohl's! I got my son some shirts there for free after the 5.00 coupon with all their clearance right now! Kids clothes seem to be plentiful on their racks!

If you want to go the used route - Once Upon a Child is an awesome resale shop - I just checked and there are a few in your area. They even have sales - sign up for their mailing list.
Also if you are willing to go the used route, you could check the "classified" section on HCW, I have seen some great deals here.
