Need a deal on Foil, baggies, PT, TP

My stockpile is sevearly lacking in these areas and it is my mission to get it up to par asap. I am in SC and I have access to BiLo, Kroger, Publix (though I have never been before), Walmart, Target, Food Lion, Dollar General, Family Dollar.

I really want Reynolds foil, ziplock bags, hefty trash bags, and any brand TP & PT.

Any deals??

Walgreens currently has their foil for $.59 w/in ad coupon.
It's not Reynolds but could get you by until you find a better deal.

Publix has Ziploc Freezer bags on sale this week. Can't remember the price sorry.

BiLo probably has a Price Lock on TP, I know they have Marcel Small Steps PT for $4.99 on Price Lock.

Walgreens has hefty zip bags 2/3.29 I used a one dollare off coupon and their add coupon and got the 2 boxes for 1.14 ea. Hope that helps.

Found Reynolds recycled 35 ft for $1.49 at Kroger, minus a printable $1.25 (had 2), a printable for $1/1 (had 2) and $1/1 from some booklet (had 10), I got 14 for just under $7. I though I had found ziploc at Kroger too, but the cat didn't print so I don't know if I am to early or what, I hope it comes along because the $.40/1 will double.
