Where to use the $3 Surf coupon?

I wanna score some free or cheap Surf with this coupon, does anybody know where I can usually get the best deal?

I forgot to add I have Kroger, Walmart, HEB, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Fiesta, and Randalls.

I know at Walmart around here, it was $4.96 and $4.50(two different towns). I am not sure about any of the other places. This was for a small box, 40 ld , I think.

I think it is included in the mega deal at Krogers. Not positive but you could check it out.

I wish surf had a liquid...I've had to stop buying powder because DD cannot resist playing it it (she's 7). We only buy liquid now.

Krogers...with Mega it is $5.49...not wonderful. Walmart has it for $4.79...still not great. Last time Walmart had them on roll-back to $3.50...while I did get plenty, would like to find a deal like that again.

Last time I was in a Dollar General, they didn't carry it. I was in there a couple of days ago.

I'm going to check Food Town, from a year ago I seem to remember Surf being between 3.00 and 4.00.

I think my HEB had it for right around $4 - I know I was going to get it but they only had the floral ones - I want ocean or the new arm & hammer one.
