need to buy new glasses for my tween

Hi,
My 11 yo DD just found out she needs glasses. I seem to recall seeing an ad awhile back, perhaps back to school time, where one of the national vision centers was doing some sort of special with kids glasses. Like a bogo or free replacement pair, something like that. I can remember where or find it. Anyone know if I am not totally crazy??

I would recommend Walmart for kids' glasses. Not all WM vision centers are owned by WM so call and ask first. But, there is a 1yr replacement no questions asked on all broken kid glasses. It has come in handy a few times in the 2 years DS has been wearing them.

Make sure you write down the perscription so you can use a site like eyebuydirect.com for super cheap glasses in the future. Or just get an eye exam, and find it out then order online instead. There is even a first timers coupon!

I would recommend goggles4u.com - it's a cheap site online to order glasses from.. I've ordered from then and had good luck.

If you have the prescription, you can get glasses for as cheap as $8 a pair at www.zennioptical.com

My optometrist is great so he helped us through the ordering process.
