ISO ink deal for printer???

Just my luck my cartridges for my lexmark x2650 can't be filled at walgreens so I am on the hunt.

I found what I think is a deal with free shipping what do yall think??

its for both Black and colored and free shipping.
I was hoping for a capatable ones but can't find any, I bought an HP one that was compatable but that was last year from here but now have a lexmart all in one just a cheapo but I like it.
