I finally found them at Target. They are with the toy cars, not the Transformers.

I have also only seen them here at Target w/the matchbox cars. We had 7 diff. kinds of the single cars and they were $3.99 ea.

My Target has them with the other Transformers toys. Mine has BumbleBee, Optimus Prime, Ratchet, Megatron and one other bad guy.

I got 2 kinds at Toys R Us last week. I combined with a 5/25 BRU printable and got a few other things--used the cars to get over 25.00. Price was 3.99. I think they are kind of cheesy, especially for 3.99. All they are is a car with the outline of a transformers on the bottom. You can get hot wheels cars for 1.00.

I got mine at Walmart, they were 3.97. Someone said Kmart also had them.
