I can answer this! If you register for the kohls.com email list they mail you a $5 off any purchase coupon. Many of the jeans there are on clearance (In store)for 90% off. I used two of my email address and bought two pairs of pants, actually nice, for $2.04 total.

dungarees.net is great. I have to buy good work pants for my hubby, and the Carhartt washed duck really last. (Those are the B-11 I think) This site offers factory seconds and regular. If he's ripping them you are better off spending $25-30 on something that will last, then $10 and constantly looking for the next deal IMO.

He rips them in the crotch when he crouches down (I guess!) I've only watched him rip one pair and it was when he was bending down to have my son kiss his aunt - then RIIIIIIIP!! We all laughed :)

Thanks for the suggestions, I am off to kohls to get that coupon and I wrote down the thrift stores in my area - went to one on Friday, but they only had dress pants...good to know the next time he needs some!

I'm sorry for laughing...Are you sure he is wearing the right size? I know if jeans are too tight OR too loose/low in the crotch area that's more likely to happen...
