I am pretty sure that that 6.99 price was just the sale price for that week. The 10.99 is the regular price. So while you can still get the ECBs (I guess) they are not on sale anymore.

Yep, they were on sale but that sale ended and they went back up to reg price. The ECB's are still working and probably will the entire month. Hopefully the ALavert will go on sale again before the ECB deal is over.
