I actually found this on SD but I can confirm this is definitely working/posted in PA:

My CVS had tagged and I purchased and received the ECBS for:
CVS toothbrush with tongue cleaner Full circle soft or medium UPC 50428 08834 sales price $2.99 get $2.99 ECB good the week of 5/4-5/11 LIMIT 5. It also had a tag Buy2 get 1 Free but that part must be overridden by the ECB being generated.

Use a 2/10 on CVS products and buy 4 for a profit of $2.

My understanding is this deal varies by region--some areas are getting $2 ECBs and some areas are excluded.

My CVS didn't have them. They had the razors, but I've decided to hold out till Saturday to see if we get the full package. No Gillette body wash either.

I got $2 ecbs each here in Ohio...still a good deal with the 2/10 cvs brand (and she had to override my B2G1 as well...but the sign clearly states the type of tb, also--the sign on top of that sign said buy tb free after ecb...I just wasn't in the mood to fight about it)

This week the 8x10 Kodak sheets are BOGOF. There were coupons for $3 off in 4/27 SS.

ETA: Nevermind. I was looking at the 5/4 coupons. I'll have to go through my 4/27's and dig those coupons out......

Arrrgh. I just did this deal and forgot I had the $2 Q. Oh well, I only did it on one card, so I can still do another. And with my scenario it came out free (kiss overage.).
