Official Rules: No purchase necessary. Making a purchase does not increase your odds of winning. Program runs 6/13/07-8/13/07. Open to U.S. citizens, 21 years of age or older. Two ways to enter:
1) Complete the attached from and mail to address indicated.
2) On a 3"x5" card print your name, address, age, phone number and mail to: $250 Shopping Spree Sweepstakes Summer 2007, P.O. Box 2478, Westport, CT 06880.

Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately and postmarked by 8/13/07 and received by 8/20/07. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions accepted.

Prize/value: $250.00 in the form of a Publix Gift Card. Odds of winning are based on the number of entries submitted. Only one prize per winner/household. There will be a total of eight winners, two selected per Publix business division: Lakeland, Miami, Atlanta, and Jacksonville. Each prize consists of $250 not to exceed $250 per winner. Total value for the entire sweepstakes campaign is $2000. Prize does not have cash value. Taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes availabe in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

Terms/conditions: No transfer, substitutions, or resale of prize. Employees (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of sponsors, wholesalers and retailers, vendors and all other entities associated with this promotion are not eligible. Winners will be selected on or about 8/20/07 in a random drawing. Winners will be contacted by phone and confirmed in writing. The random drawing will be conducted by Streetmarc Advertising & Marketing whose decision is final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Entrants agree to abide by Official Rules and complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, and except where prohibited to use their name/likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. In the event of non-compliance, an alternat ewinner may be selected. By participating in this sweepstakes, winners agree to release and forever discharge Streetmard Advertising & Marketing, Publix Super Markets, Inc, their affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, retailers, and/or any of their respoective shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agencies, including by not limited to all participating vendors (coupons) from any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damages, cost, or expense ariesing from or in connection with the acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize, or participating in prize, or participatin in prize related activities or travel, including, without limitation, any personal injury or death.
