May I ask where to look for the q's? I have safeway's all around me. But hate to miss the deal because of no q situation. TIA

started my roll over today with the capri sun - 2.00 each minus the 1.00/1 q's - paid 5.00 and got my first 5.00 oyno of snacks - going to do quaker bites tomorrow - same deal as the capri sun. Then - we can get some cheap jerky to - the oberto jerky is 5.49, using the bogof q's and one of the 5.00 oyno - can pick up 6 bags for 11.47 plus get your next 5.00 oyno - not too bad. I wonder if they are going to change the products weekly in the ad ? and...does anyone know anything about holding & redeeming these for the end of season party? (like what they will be good towards?)

Check the coupon data base to see where everyone is finding the coupons. Capri sun is from 3/25 SS.

Total after coupons.....................= $11.47 (/6 = $1.91ea)

(keep in mind that NEW $5cat is NOT part of 6-jerky-purchase-savings,
because you already used a $5cat on this purchase.
At this point, your new cat goes to replace the old cat, which truly belong (as savings) to your very first order.
When you get to the point of using last $5cat, you will be in effect making your first original purchase free. Makes sense? HTH

IMO, holding these $5 cats does not result in added benefits.

If you buying Jerkys, or Capri Suns, or FUJI apples -
using mfr cps - yout total per order is still $5 or more, so may as well use the old cat instead of cash. WHY waste cash if you have a cat in your pocket?!

UNLESS:
those in areas where Safeway/Vons double $1 coupons, might be able to get all 5 items for free after mfr cps (or if there are extra store cps or competitors coups etc.). Then you have no other choice but to hold your $5 cats. Makes sense?

Using cats at end of season:
exactly same type of items that you can buy now.

Save the sale ad! If at end of season, a cashier will try to tell you that you may not use bunch of cats together - show them old ad as proof that you are allowed to do that (as per terms of promotion).

Are you able to use your same safeway card for every transaction or do you have to wait to do it again the next day with the same safeway card? What is everyone's experience??

I did 3 transactions back to back last night and each time it printed the $5 cat. My 1st transaction I used the B5G$3 off on Quaker products(exp. 3/31) and combined it with the $5 cat I got on Thursday and my total due was $2. Did it 1 more time to test the system and it gave me another cat so I did it one more time to use up my last $3/5 Quaker Q and still got another cat!! So today I plan to roll it into a bunch of free Capri Suns!
My stores all know me and think it is great that I am able to get so much for so little. I share what I get with them and so they are always more than willing to be accommodating. Plus I go in the evening when there are no lines so that I don't hold up business. The other night the evening shift supervisor told me that I would be amazed to know how many of the employees watch to see what I get and then come behind me in line to get the deals! He said they may not have the Qs but they know that I always get the deals and so they will buy what I buy! LOL!
