I got confirmation on riteaid.com this morning that my purchases DID qualify for the KC Spend $50, get $25 gift card deal, and I thought I'd share my scenario in case anyone is still working theirs out and wants to use this week's sales (which have already ended for me as I'm in LA, but unless you're in SoCal, this'll still work for you today).

Transaction #1:

Total Credit = $51.45
Total Spent = $28.93 (plus some tax, receipts not in front of me, only SCR website)
Net after GC = $3.93

I know I could have made a profit on this deal, but this was all stuff that I really like and will use well. Regular retail would have been $85.85 before tax for all this, for an approximate savings of 95%. Also, my expenditures came off a GC I got for free, so, in essense, it's all free!

**This was the confusing part, because the SCR book said "Ultra Clear".
