Sounds like a glitch- something wrong with the catalina machine, then.

You can call the Catalina Marketing company after 24 hours and give them info from your receipt and they should mail it to you. That takes about 6 weeks.
OR you can return and rebuy if you want the money now and don't mind drawing attention to yourself at your store.
The contact information for Catalina is in the RR FAQ thread.
BTW, it seems that the Listerine promos always have problems with what is/is not included. It seems there's always programming errors and some flavors work, some don't; some bonus sizes work, some don't.

Thanks so much! | Bought some Pringles today and the ones on sale are the SuperStack. It included low fat but my store did not have any fat free. I don't think the fat free come in the SuperStack packaging because I did not see them at Publix either. But all flavors were included in the sale. HTH |

| Re: CURRENT: Walgreens 6/28 -7/4 (Ad scan in post #6) I am having a terrible time rolling rrs this week. This week stinks big time for me! I don't have any of the magic cookie/capri coupons that are helping others, not that I would want them any way, since I don't use either of those products. Every scenario I try, I end up losing 50-75% of the value of my rrs by rolling them. I used $34 in rr tonight, and could only squeek $13 back in rrs, and that was buying stuff (with rrs) I really didn't need or want in order to roll them. I think I just need to burn them for toilet paper, or paper towels, or something like that, but I hate using them and not getting any rr back. It's just getting ridiculous though. Too much toothpaste. Too much deoderant. I think I have taken rolling them too far, to where it is just stupid for me to continue to try. I am sorry for rambling on, but I just hate this week's ad, and next week is looking equally bad. The more I think about it, I feel like an idiot for trying to roll them. I think of what I could have bought with $34 in rr, and it makes me sick to think that I used all that on crap I didn't really want. I'm feeling pretty stupid right now. |

I'm feeling pretty stupid right now. | I feel the same way sometimes. Most of the time, I only roll the RRs if there is an item that my family needs or something that another family member, friend or one of the agencies that I donate to is in need of at the time. Or if I know something is coming up that I want to use RRs rather than cash, I try to keep them rolling. Otherwise, I use them to purchase other items that we use on a regular basis or let DS spend them for a toy he's been wanting (not a wide selection, but you know how kids are, they can ALWAYS find something!). He usually gets the small RRs anyway ($1, $2) and buys Matchbox cars. He has quite the collection going, and he's so proud to use his own $/coupon to buy them. Beside, that's his "commission" for going to WAG with me so often.

I think I got greedy with my rrs after the bayer contour deal, and I wanted to keep them going which I was able to do fairly well for awhile, but I'm just bottoming out big time this week. My stockpile on deoderant and toothpaste is crazy, and there is no point in trying to keep rolling if I'm losing, and I don't need the products. I could have done better tonight if I had broken up my transactions instead of doing a giant one, but my rrs were expiring today, I was tired, and just wanted to get out of there! I've got $20 more expiring tomorrow, I'm just going to go do some sane shopping and forget rolling for now. |

I'm sorry you had a bad shopping trip. Unless its an easy roll, I get a headache trying to figure out how to roll RRs. There for awhile, we had good clearance, so I used my RR on clearance. Now, not so much. So I generally find something that is a good deal that my family can use, and buy that with my RRs. (Toilet paper, foil, sandwich/freezer baggies- generally another sale item, just not neccesarily a RR item).
I hope your shopping trip tomorrow is better! Buy yourself something indulgent with one of your RRs and have fun! |
