I haven't seen this posted elsewhere, but I just got back from Food Lion and Edy's ice cream is $2.77- and there's a $2 Edy's flip! (as if I need more ice cream! lol!)

Check the Food Lion thread and you can find a listing of what is currently available. They are issued to your email addie each Wednesday monring and are usually good for two weeks.

I'm reporting in after the sale but wanted to say thank you for posting this. I haven't been paying much attention to sales and such lately because my son is about to graduate & my mind is pre-occupied. I saw this post just in time to stock up on some ice cream to serve at his graduation party & my other 2 son's birthday parties. We have 16 Food Lion's within a 20 mile radius - they are like 7-11's...around every corner (at least it seams that way). I couldn't remember if I was allowed to use more than 1 Flip per transaction so I had my husband & son go along with me & we made 3 separate transactions. We didn't hit all 16 stores...I only got 10 since that's all I had with me...I had printed 20 but I had left the other 10 at my office so I'm just going to have to look for another deal.

How do you print these FLIPS?

Nurse Tanya when you sign up at Food Lion they will e-mail you every week with a set of coupons. Also you will find some posts where others will upload their coupons which may be different than you get on your e-mail. They are store coupons. When you print be sure to change the number to how ever many you think you may use because you can only print once.
