I have had issues myself w/ this, I will let you know if I have any luck. From what I remember, it has worked for me sometimes if the item is on sale but the regular price is over the coupon value it will not beep.

Some are reporting getting a $1/2 q in their paper so it wouldn't be free, but it would still be only .39 for 2 plus how ever many you get for the Cat deal.
