LOL its an energy shot (I think) they give it away quite frequently. I think that they are hoping that people get hooked. I know alot of college kids that use it or adults who use it when they go out. I just give it to them bc I won't use it.

I think it's more of a metabolism/diet type shot. They have the Zantrex diet pills.
