LOL yea I know..hey if it were up to me we would get free shampoo, toothpaste, deodrant, toliet paper, papertowels, candy every month. Heck I would even throw in ummmm a free 12pk of soda

Not sure if WAGS carries them, but Rite Aid has organic wear mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadows that are under $10. I saw at my WAGs a special display in the front with the a bonus pack of the blush with a free lip gloss...didn't see a price tag, though.

Also, money maker if you can find the TMF mascara.

If wags hasn't ever been able to do your refill on your cartridges (like me), you might want to double check. Mine said they updated machines and can fill a lot more now. I got their office corner color today (19.99-5 ad q-10rr) and refilled my black. Now I can refill my other color one and get the rebate.

It is buy $10.00 worth get $10 RR.

The Garnier and BioInfusions have been good deals in the past depending on Q. But those were from the days of double dip so maybe not anymore.
